    Past Forward is a carpet tile collection remastered from archival classics and reimagined to marry classic retro details with modern design thinking. Designed by Interface’s David Oakey, the collection is inspired by fashion’s heritage trend and the revival of ‘60s and ‘70s furniture design. It includes 14 products that merge retro motifs with today’s bold patterns and color palettes, including ornate rococo and renaissance visuals, retro patterns with scribbles and boxes, vintage-inspired patchwork styles and traditional Turkish motifs.

    The collection is manufactured with 100% recycled content nylon and is carbon neutral throughout its lifecycle as part of Interface’s third-party verified Carbon Neutral Floors program.
